2021AM: Opioid Overdose Crisis and Naloxone Training (CE: 1.0)

In this two-part series, the first session defines opioids, risk factors of an opioid overdose, and harm reduction. The addicted brain and trauma, as well as reducing addict stigma is also discussed. The second session focuses on recognizing an opioid overdose, how and when to administer Naloxone, and compassion fatigue, burnout and self-care.
