The efficiency in Clinical Laboratory may be affected by different causes. Some of them are the wastes of different functions of the Laboratory. Sometimes these wastes can be eliminated because of the changes in the production or in the flow chain. This is achieved by teamwork through analysis, brainstorming, detection, and elimination of additional and unnecessary tasks and thus improve the satisfaction of the team and the patients.
