This article presents a case study on a 22 year old college student that was experiencing extreme fatigue. Since she had a history of anemia and intermittent blood streaked stool, she decided to visit her primary care physician. The physician ordered a complete blood count (CBC) with differential. The article covers the results of the admission and asks learners to follow guided questions to better understand the patient's presentation.
