Phlebotomy can add an extra component of anxiety since it involves patient care and mastering objectives such as sanitary practices, proper technique, and order of draw. This study evaluated student anxiety levels as they reached different phases of their course instruction and advanced to more kinesthetic venipuncture tactics.
